This Privacy Policy explains how Bobby Intelligent Project Solution Inc., operating as Marketers Video Player ("MVP," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit marketersvideoplatform.com, use our dashboard, or interact with an interactive video created with our Service. We are based in Ontario, Canada, and this policy is written with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) in mind, alongside general practices for visitors located elsewhere.

Our commitment: we are not in the business of selling or sharing your personal information. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. The limited exceptions — the service providers that let us run MVP, and any integration you personally configure — are explained plainly in Section 5.

1. Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to two groups: (a) customers who create an MVP account to build interactive video campaigns, and (b) end viewers who watch a video built with MVP and interact with a form, CTA, or popup inside it. If you are an end viewer, the business that created the video (our customer) is typically responsible for how your information is used after it is collected — see Section 5.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, and password when you sign up.
  • Billing information: processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor; we receive confirmation of payment but do not store your full card number.
  • Content you upload: videos, images, campaign copy, and configuration you create within the dashboard.
  • Lead data your videos capture: names, emails, or other information viewers submit through opt-in forms embedded in your interactive videos.
  • Usage and analytics data: engagement metrics (views, clicks, drop-off points), device and browser information, and IP address, collected via the video player and our own site analytics.
  • Cookies and pixels: our marketing site uses cookies and tracking technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure ad performance and site usage.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information above to provide and operate the Service, process payments, send transactional and support emails, monitor and improve performance and security, measure the effectiveness of our own marketing, and respond to inquiries sent to support@marketersvideoplayer.com.

4. Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies are used for core site functionality, analytics, and advertising (including retargeting through the Meta Pixel). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how parts of the site function.

5. How Information Is Shared

We are not in the business of sharing or selling gathered information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers or other third parties, and we do not share it with anyone for their own independent marketing purposes. We only share information in the following limited situations:

  • Service providers who help us run MVP — such as Stripe for payment processing and our cloud hosting/storage providers — solely so they can perform that function for us, and under obligations to protect your information.
  • Our own advertising measurement — tools like the Meta Pixel help us understand how our own ads perform; this is not a sale or transfer of your information for Meta's independent use.
  • Destinations you configure yourself — if you're an MVP customer, information your interactive videos capture from viewers is sent to any third-party destination you personally set up via webhook (such as Zapier, Make, a CRM, or an autoresponder). This is a feature you control, not something we initiate; once it reaches a destination you configured, that third party's own privacy practices apply, not this policy.
  • Legal reasons — if required to comply with the law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and billing information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Lead data captured through your videos is retained until you delete it from your dashboard or close your account, after which it is deleted within a reasonable period.

7. Security

The Service uses SSL/TLS encryption in transit, and payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor (Stripe). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent for its use. You can update most account information directly in your dashboard, or contact us at support@marketersvideoplayer.com to make a request. If you're an end viewer who submitted information through someone else's interactive video, please contact that business directly, as they control that data; we can help route your request if needed.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. International Users

We are based in Canada, and some of our service providers (such as our payment processor and cloud infrastructure) may process data in other countries, including the United States. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.

11. Third-Party Links

Our site and dashboard may link to third-party sites and services (for example, YouTube or your configured integrations). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
